The Chlorine Plant is a now defunct water treatment plant that cleaned and processed potable water for 2 nearby towns with a combined population of 60,000 people.
Closed in the early 1990’s this water treatment plant was replaced by a new state of the art automated facility a stones throw away from the closed site.
